The platform

Everything you need to decide

You're evaluating where your community will live. Here is the honest version — what AltHost does differently, what it covers, what you need to bring, what it costs, how your data is kept safe, how you move over, and exactly what happens from sign-up to launch.

Differentiated outcomes

What you get that the patchwork can't

Most hosts run on a stagnant social network, a generic ticketing tool, and payment rails that don't want the business. AltHost replaces that patchwork — and these are the outcomes that follow from it being one platform built for adult-space communities.

  • You own the relationship, not a platform

Your community lives on your own domain, with your own branded site, member portal, and application flow — not a profile on a network that can restrict, deplatform, or monetize your members over your head.

  • Payment rails that want your business

Dues, tickets, and subscriptions run on providers approved for the adult category from day one. Your revenue isn't one policy change away from disappearing, and no transaction is routed through a provider not cleared for your category, geography, and payout model.

  • One verified member list across everything

A member verifies once and that identity travels across your locations, events, and online spaces. Physical, virtual, and hybrid are operating modes over one shared member list — not separate tools bolted together.

  • Safety that is built in, never sold back to you

Verification, reporting, and moderation ship on every plan at every price. Safety reports are attributable and appealable — and scoped to your community, never an anonymous, platform-wide blacklist.

Scope

What the platform covers

One platform, not a suite of add-ons. Physical venues, virtual communities, and hybrids all run on the same capabilities — you turn on what you use.

  • Identity & Trust

Privacy-first age and identity verification, one verified profile per person.

  • Memberships

Applications, references and vouches, tiers, dues, and renewals — configured to how you admit people.

  • Events & Door

Ticketing, capacity, guest lists, and fast phone check-in; virtual and hybrid events are first-class.

  • Payments

Dues, tickets, and subscriptions on adult-category rails, recorded as a balanced, reconcilable ledger.

  • Websites & Pages

A branded public site and in-app pages on your own domain, editable without code.

  • Community & Safety

Verified-adult spaces, moderation tooling, and end-to-end encrypted messaging (in progress).

Prerequisites

What you need before you start

A short, honest checklist — so you know whether AltHost fits before you spend time on it.

  • A community you actually run

A club, venue, event series, or creator-led collective — physical, virtual, or hybrid. AltHost models every customer as an organization you own and operate.

  • US-based, to start

AltHost is US-first today; international availability is on the roadmap. We'll tell you plainly if your region isn't ready yet rather than sign you up for something that can't launch.

  • Members who verify as adults

Every member of every AltHost community passes age verification before they participate. No exceptions, and no checkbox standing in for proof.

  • A domain — or our help getting one

Your community is served on your own domain. Bring one you already own, or we'll help you register and connect one during onboarding.

Pricing

What it costs

Indicative early-access ranges are published on the pricing page — no numbers there would waste your time. Exact pricing is agreed in writing with every partner, based on community size and the tools you actually use, before you commit to anything.

Two things are always true: core safety features are never paywalled — verification, reporting, and moderation ship on every plan — and pricing changes are never sprung on existing partners.

Security & privacy

How your data is kept safe

These aren't roadmap items — they're the terms on which AltHost exists at all.

  • Your documents aren't stored

KYC source images are deleted after processing. We keep the verification verdict — never your ID, never your selfie.

  • Tenant isolation, enforced twice

Every community's data is isolated in service policy and again by default-deny database-level row security. Another organization cannot read your rows even if application code slipped.

  • End-to-end encrypted messaging

Private conversations are being built end-to-end encrypted, so not even AltHost can read them. It's in progress — and we say so plainly until it ships.

  • Public pages stay safe-for-work

Unauthenticated pages are SFW. Explicit content is only ever behind authenticated, age-verified access — never on a page a search engine or a minor can reach.

Migration

How you move over

You're not starting from scratch, and you shouldn't have to. Managed migration from legacy platforms is included.

  • We move your members, events, and history — carefully, not in a lossy dump.
  • You review the imported result privately before a single member sees it.
  • Your existing verified members don't re-verify from zero where we can carry the verdict.
  • Nothing goes live on your domain until you say so.

Implementation path

From sign-up to launch

Four steps, in order. Early access is hands-on — you're not dropped into an empty dashboard and left to figure it out.

  1. 1

Get started & pick your business

Create your account and choose the kind of community you run. AltHost seeds sensible defaults — nav, capabilities, and a launch checklist — for a club, a creator collective, an organizer, or a hybrid.

  2. 2

    Configure to how you operate

Set your membership tiers and dues, your event and door rules, your branding and domain, and your safety and moderation policy. Everything is configuration over the shared model — no rebuild per business type.

  3. 3

Managed migration from where you are

We move your members, events, and history from legacy platforms carefully. You review it before anyone sees it — nothing goes live until you say so.

  4. 4

    Launch when you're ready

Flip your site live on your own domain. Your team runs the day-to-day from one shell whose tools match what each person is allowed to do.
